i found few posts asking about him and moved them here, for some reason someone connected this page to Bellatrix (A well known scam from UK)

From what I can remember it was all of the ones on Carmens link page at that time, the sites were all pretty similar in regards to the coding (I'm a web designer by trade) as they all had the same mistakes throughout.

Also within the WHOIS of the sites they are all at a PO Box address, but what makes it obvious they are a scam is that originally they originated from the same London PO Box address and have since changed them throughout the UK but the one close to me is using an incorrect County in Yorkshire instead of Tyne & Wear (lovespellswitchdoctor)

But I am not sure if they are connected, will have to look more into it.
