I tried them back in 2008 once I paid they didn't get back to me, took them likes weeks to respond back to me, as I kept emailing them saying your not responding and to update them on my situation, I also sent them a complaint email saying i am not happy as they never respond to my emails, when they do it copy and paste response and don't read the emails, so I had to keep repeating and they emailed me back to give me a warning as they would call the police on me I am thinking what the hell??? I sent them a complaint email and they send me a written warning, I didn't threat them or anything, I do not do that, i sent them a complaint and they obviously wasn't happy, as I said in my email I wasn't happy, and they tried to get more spells out of me saying buy this one, and I am thinking no how about fixing the one you cast for me? they got really defensive...
