No phone number, no address, contact information, it is a private registered site and you have no way of knowing if "the sisters of the light" actually exist or if it is a fat man sitting behind a computer with many private websites.
These sites are bogus and if I can not verify the owner, i will not be sending any money or information to a ghost site.
addresses point to the same site:

Now thy seem to have taken the name from the fantasy novels Sword of True, have seen that before with some gods or spirits taken from fantasy books.

Interesting post found on the ripoff report in the thread on Ashra:

I must say Ashra has a good thing going on. She really did seem legit.
That is until all my problems kept getting worse, and she kept pushing
more spells, and ignoring any emails I sent. After it became apparent I
wasn't getting another one from someone that wouldn't even talk to me, I
started getting emails from a place called loverspells.com. It's a
spell casting site as well. How did they get my email address? Ashra
apparently runs both sites, also posing as 7 sisters. It has to be
because Ashra was the only person in the world that had that particular
email address.
Also she asked that I create a different g-mail account in order to
comment her youtube video for a free casting to get my situation (Not
love related) fixed quicker. I did so, and since I had accidentally
linked it to my regular email address without noticing it, (from my
youtube/google account) I started receiving messages where she had
posted raving reviews from my account about herself on sites like this
one.
So I think the jury is pretty much out on this one being a scam.

there are some indications that this site could be related to the Bellatrix site from UK and/or run by the same person
