    Secretive email spellcaster

I received an email from a spell caster claiming to be very powerful saying that he could give me results that I needed. He also forwarded the message to 8 other people that I am thinking of contacting and asking if they saw results.

The caster claims that the God guides him to a certain number of individuals a month and he is instructed to help them. Well, I didn't tell him my situation, he said let him consult the Gods and they will tell him. He sent me another email explaining my situation and even the situation before that, that led to my current situation the one I truly need help with.

I also asked him to tell me my birthday, just to see if he was really doing a reading. He didn't give me a specific date but he did give a correct range of days, he said between the 22-27 and he gave the correct month and year.

Then I asked him to tell me whether or not I have siblings and if so how many and the gender. He said he could not see clearly the gender or age of my siblings but he said I did have siblings. That is correct.

    What do you guys think?

I'm not sure. Could he be someone you contacted previously for help masquerading as a new spell caster?

Would you mind telling us his email addy?

I thought about that, that he might be someone I have contacted previous but I have my direct DOB to other casters that asked, the fact that he didn't give me a specific date is what makes me think he really did a reading.
Also, I have never spoken about my siblings or that I had any to other casters. Perhaps he just did a lucky guess?

And just in case he MIGHT be real, I don't want to give out his email just yet because he only take so many clients a month, or so he says.

but he has never been mentioned on this forum.

He may have not given your exact DOB even though he knew it so as not to look like a fake? I dunno, I'm very cynical after so many disappointments....

sunflower930, yes i agree. I am very cynical as well but I am also extremely hopeful.
He was asking for $240 but then he agreed on $50 for the payment of the materials.

Well good luck with whatever you decide. I hope he is genuine. I've more or less given up on finding a real spell caster or psychic and no longer believe in anything spriritual...I would love to be proven wrong though

How did he get your email address? did the gods give it to him? more likely he got it from another scammer or even an internet search.
Google your own email address and you will be surprised the amount of information you will find on yourself.
There are also searches you can do to find a person's date of birth.
It is not hard to find a location using the email headers, you may even want to check his IP from the emails he sent you to find out where he is located.
One last tip, if he asks you for western union payment, runnnnn.

If I receive an email from someone without knowing who they were or giving them my email address, I consider it spam.

I have decided not to trust him, you guys are probably right.
Sad to know though, I was hopeful but I guess I shouldn't be naive.

All of us have been at one time or another. These scammers prey on anyone for their own monetary gains. I don't know how they can live with themselves, but their deceptive tactics seem to become part of their lifestyle and they feel no remorse. On one of the government scam alert sites it references a real sad case where a young woman ended up taking her own life, after sending scammers from Nigeria a large sum of money thinking she would get millions in return. Her family had many struggles and she was trying to help them out and thought she had found the blessing, they so needed. I think she used her education money to pay the "upfront fee." When she realized she had no way of getting the money back and it was a scam she killed herself.

One day hopefully more focus and mandatory punishment will be doled out to these scammers, but seems for the time being it is consumer beware.
